Your Responsibilities:

• Designing new product constructions and technical documentation
• Utilizing STEM principles for product development, analysis, and optimization
• Participating in product development and testing
• Actively engaging in projects and initiating IMD processes
• Creating articles and assigning item numbers
• Coordinating procurement and fulfilling technical requirements
• Analyzing test results and external samples
• Developing acceptance criteria and production guidelines
• Conducting inventory and defining packaging procedures
• Patent analysis and support in machine testing

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM disciplines (mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical fields)
• 3+ years of experience in development and project work
• Experience in STEM fields with a focus on new product development, testing, and optimization of production processes
• Experience working with technical documentation and product testing
• Ability to analyze test results and develop technical solutions
• Proactive and analytical problem-solving approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
• Proficiency in English for technical documentation and communication
