Your Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and registering documentation
  • Posting bank statements
  • Managing payment transactions
  • Posting incoming invoices
  • Invoicing as needed
  • Reconciling accounts with customers/suppliers
  • Processing and posting compensations
  • Actively monitoring receivables collection
  • Preparing cash flow reports
  • Archiving and recording contracts
  • Other administrative tasks within the Finance and Accounting department

Your Profile:

  • High school or associate degree in economics
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach
  • Flexibility, organization, precision, and reliability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented
