In February 2025, a few of our employees successfully completed a cycle of 12 workshops as part of the Young Professionals Academy, by Human Capital, which we launched in June 2024.

Throughout the Academy, our colleagues had the opportunity to develop key skills essential for effective leadership and management. Through workshops on communication skills, emotional intelligence, time management, and critical thinking, participants enhanced their decision-making abilities and personal organization. Topics such as team dynamics, situational leadership, and conflict resolution were also covered to equip participants with the tools needed to lead successful teams and improve interpersonal relationships.

We focused on practical skills such as presentation techniques, conducting job interviews, providing constructive feedback, and stress management. In addition to the theoretical part, the workshops were interactive and tailored to real challenges participants face in the workplace. Through group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, attendees gained concrete knowledge they can immediately apply in their work.
