Supplementary approval for prefabricated parts Z-71.3-45: Efficient production of prefabricated concrete parts with solidian GRID

Following the introduction of the German national technical approval (abZ) and general construction technique permit (aBG) Z-1.6-308 in August 2024, which already enabled the production of in-situ concrete components without the need for approval, there is now a further groundbreaking innovation: the supplementary approval Z-71.3-45, which has been in force since January 1, 2025, enables the efficient efficient and safe production of precast concrete elements with solidian GRID carbon reinforcements – now also without the need for time-consuming individual approvals.

With this extension, precast concrete manufacturers benefit from numerous advantages:
🟠 No additional approval effort – the production of carbon concrete precast elements is now possible on the basis of Z-1.6.308 and Z-71.3-45.
🟠 Long-term durability – planning and production according to the DAfStb guideline and the two approvals are designed for a service life of 100 years.
🟠 Lightweight and sustainable construction – thanks to a reduced concrete cover from 14 mm, material savings and CO₂ reduction can be realized.
