Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating team meetings, taking minutes, and tracking task execution
  • Maintaining up-to-date data in marketing tools and systems (company web page)
  • Collecting data for KPI reports and preparing basic analyses in Excel
  • Monitoring the marketing budget and keeping expense records
  • Communicating with external suppliers and partners regarding operational details
  • Organizing logistics for events and promotions
  • Keeping records of marketing inventory and promotional materials
  • Participating in process improvements and the implementation of new tools
  • Assisting with the introduction of new marketing technologies and creating short guides for the team
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as needed

Your Offer:

  • Final-year student of economics, marketing, management, or a related field
  • Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with team collaboration tools (MS Teams, Trello, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and KPIs
  • Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn in a marketing environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks from start to finish
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
