Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering documentation
- Posting bank statements
- Managing payment transactions
- Posting incoming invoices
- Invoicing as needed
- Reconciling accounts with customers/suppliers
- Processing and posting compensations
- Actively monitoring receivables collection
- Preparing cash flow reports
- Archiving and recording contracts
- Other administrative tasks within the Finance and Accounting department
Your Profile:
- High school or associate degree in economics
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn
- Proactive approach
- Flexibility, organization, precision, and reliability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented
