On the occasion of our Open Doors Day, held on April 3, 2025, Kelteks had the pleasure of hosting 50 final-year students from the Technical School Karlovac, accompanied by Principal Ivan Janković and Shift Supervisor Dubravko Sila. The students, specializing in electrical engineering, mechatronics, and mechanical-computer engineering, joined us to gain first-hand insight into Kelteks, our departments, and the opportunities we offer as an employer.

Our goal is to introduce young technicians to the departments within Kelteks that could soon become their future workplace. Through a guided tour of our production facilities, R&D center, and electrical workshop, our colleagues Anita Kopačević, Igor Osoja, and Franjo Jazvac gave students a real-life look into what a typical workday at Kelteks looks like – with a strong focus on practical knowledge.

We look forward to continuing this initiative in the years to come. We are confident that some of these young faces will return to Kelteks – this time as part of our team!
