In FRCM reinforcement systems, the inorganic matrix made of cement or lime is reinforced with carbon, AR glass or basalt mesh. The FRP mesh absorbs the tensile stresses, while the structural mortar absorbs the compressive stresses. The stress transfer between the support and the reinforcement mesh is ensured by anchors, which guarantee the connection between the wall element and the reinforced plaster.
